The Functional Analyst will analyze, design, and implement solutions for insurance IT systems, focusing on claims, policy administration, and compliance. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and support system testing and user training to ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document requirements for insurance systems.
Analyze workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
Conduct system testing, UAT, and facilitate user training.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations like HIPAA or RA 7875.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in insurance or healthcare IT systems.
Expertise in insurance processes and regulatory compliance.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
