Job Description
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a healthcare IT system implementation project, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes. The role requires extensive coordination with stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning project objectives with healthcare compliance and user needs.
Responsibilities include developing project plans, overseeing system design and deployment, managing data migration and integration, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The PM will supervise training programs, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and monitor progress through comprehensive reporting. Post-implementation, the PM will ensure efficient system operations, address issues, and support knowledge transfer.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare IT projects, with expertise in cloud-based systems, data migration, and system integration. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred, and familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, RA 7875) is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.
