About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on the rapidly evolving Healthcare IT sector. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will assist in prospecting, client outreach, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Research:

    • Identify and research potential leads in the Healthcare IT domain, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.

    • Update and maintain the sales database with accurate and current information about prospects and opportunities.

  2. Client Outreach:

    • Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone, or other communication platforms to introduce Healthcare IT solutions.

    • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations tailored to the needs of healthcare organizations.

  3. Sales Support:

    • Prepare customized sales presentations, proposals, and other materials highlighting the value of Healthcare IT solutions.

    • Coordinate follow-ups with potential and existing clients to address inquiries and build trust.

  4. Industry Expertise:

    • Stay informed about Healthcare IT trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to better address client needs.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate communication of technical capabilities and benefits.

  5. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics in the Healthcare IT space.

    • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on lead conversion and outreach progress.

  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align on strategies specific to Healthcare IT.

    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong interest in Healthcare IT solutions and their impact on healthcare delivery.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a willingness to learn about Healthcare IT.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the Healthcare IT sales field.
