About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on the rapidly evolving Healthcare IT sector. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will assist in prospecting, client outreach, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Research:
Identify and research potential leads in the Healthcare IT domain, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
Update and maintain the sales database with accurate and current information about prospects and opportunities.
Client Outreach:
Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone, or other communication platforms to introduce Healthcare IT solutions.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations tailored to the needs of healthcare organizations.
Sales Support:
Prepare customized sales presentations, proposals, and other materials highlighting the value of Healthcare IT solutions.
Coordinate follow-ups with potential and existing clients to address inquiries and build trust.
Industry Expertise:
Stay informed about Healthcare IT trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to better address client needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate communication of technical capabilities and benefits.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics in the Healthcare IT space.
Provide regular updates to the sales manager on lead conversion and outreach progress.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align on strategies specific to Healthcare IT.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in Healthcare IT solutions and their impact on healthcare delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a willingness to learn about Healthcare IT.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the Healthcare IT sales field.
