Anti-Corruption and Business Ethics Compliance Policy

3. Anti-Corruption Compliance 

 

HiPaaS Inc. strictly prohibits bribery and corruption in any form. This includes:

  • Offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value to improperly influence business decisions.

  • Engaging in facilitation payments, kickbacks, or any activities that could be perceived as bribery.

  • Failing to report any known or suspected violations of anti-corruption laws.

All employees must comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act, and other relevant anti-corruption laws.

 

4. Business Ethics and Conduct 

 

Employees and business partners must adhere to the following ethical principles:

  • Conduct business with honesty, fairness, and transparency.

  • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts immediately.

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and recordkeeping.

  • Treat all stakeholders with respect and uphold corporate social responsibility.


5. Gifts, Hospitality, and Donations

  • Gifts and hospitality must be reasonable, appropriate, and not intended to influence business decisions.

  • Charitable donations must not be used as a substitute for bribery or to gain undue business advantages.

  • Political contributions on behalf of HiPaaS Inc. are strictly prohibited.

 

6. Compliance and Reporting

  • Employees and business partners must report any suspected violations of this policy through our confidential reporting channels.

  • Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.

  • Regular training will be provided to employees to ensure compliance with this policy.

 

7. Enforcement and Disciplinary Actions 

 

Any violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract, and may lead to legal consequences. HiPaaS Inc. reserves the right to conduct audits and investigations to enforce compliance.
