We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Analyst with expertise in Epic MyChart and Hello World SMS to join our dynamic team. This Epic Applications Analyst plays a critical role in the implementation and installation of Epic applications, module upgrades, new components, and modifications. This position is responsible for workflow configurations, go-live support, and ongoing client support. You are also responsible for configuring application settings and validating configurations.
Duties:
Epic MyChart Implementation:
· Lead the implementation and configuration of Epic MyChart, collaborating with stakeholders to understand patient engagement requirements.
· Customize and optimize MyChart workflows to enhance the overall patient experience, including features such as secure messaging, appointment scheduling, and prescription renewals.
· Familiarity with legal requirements and operational policies related to patient and family privacy practices
System Integration:
· Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of Epic MyChart with other healthcare information systems.
· Implement and test interfaces to enhance data exchange and interoperability, including integration with electronic health records (EHR) and laboratory systems
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Application Analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with healthcare information systems in a clinical setting is a plus.
Required certifications: Epic MyChart
