Job description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support billing workflows, configuration, testing, and optimization efforts within an Epic environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epic PB, including charge capture, claim edits, remittance processing, and billing workqueues.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, build, configure, and maintain Epic PB modules to support business requirements.
Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to improve billing workflows and optimize system performance.
Perform root-cause analysis and resolution of billing-related issues.
Work closely with operational stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective billing processes.
Document build, workflows, and training materials as needed.

Requirements:

3+ years of Epic PB Analyst experience, with hands-on knowledge of the billing lifecycle.
Active certifications in Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Admin and Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Claims & Electronic Remittance Administration required.
Strong understanding of claim edits, charge review, payments, and remittance processing.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
