We are looking for an experienced Epic Project Manager who can join immediately and lead end-to-end Epic implementations across complex healthcare environments.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience managing Epic implementations across clinics, hospitals, emergency departments, inpatient units, towers, and surgical centers
Strong expertise in discovery, design, build, testing, go-live, and stabilization
Deep understanding of Epic dependencies, resourcing models, and project sequencing
Experience with Community Connect / Growth and interfaces
Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder and escalation management skills
Expertise in scope control, risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and issue resolution
Location: 100% Remote
