As a Bridges Interface Analyst, you play a pivotal role as the primary contact for the interfaces you're assigned to implement and support. Your responsibilities include coordinating analysis sessions to identify interface business needs, crafting technical designs, and taking ownership of issue triages essential for successful implementation and ongoing support.
Duties: Managing the entire implementation cycle of interfaces, web services, and industry‐standard APIs such as FHIR, including analysis, design, specification, implementation, go‐live, and support
-Working closely with application teams, subject matter experts, and third‐party application experts to determine business needs, document requirements, and configure interfaces per the requirements. Partnering with these groups to diagnose and resolve interface‐related issues and supporting ongoing application projects as needed.
-Reviewing, triaging, and resolving day‐to‐day interface errors, including coordinating with technical teams, application teams, and third‐party system representatives as necessary
Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows- Previous experience as an Epic Bridges/Interface Analyst- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with healthcare information systems in a clinical setting is a plus.
Required certifications: Epic Bridges certified
Familiarity with HL7 and other message standards and your third‐party interface engine is valuable
