Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our internal teams and clients. The Account Manager will ensure the successful delivery of IT projects by maintaining strong client relationships, managing expectations, and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders, Develop strategies for ongoing client success and satisfaction, ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of IT services and project management principles.Key Key
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main client contact, build trust, and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.
Strategic Planning:
Align project outcomes with client goals and develop strategies for success.
Issue Resolution:
Address client concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain smooth project execution.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain records, share updates, and highlight achievements and areas for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Bridge technical teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills (Brief Version):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
Experience: Experience in account management, client relations, or similar roles in IT/technology.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT services, SDLC.
Skills: Strong communication, Customer interfacing and stakeholder management skills, multitasking, problem-solving, and experience in Office Suite and CRM tools.
