We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Analyst with expertise in Epic Cadence to join our dynamic team. This Epic Applications Analyst plays a critical role in the implementation and installation of Epic applications, module upgrades, new components, and modifications.
Duties:
1. Epic Cadence Implementation:
· Lead the implementation of the Epic Cadence module, collaborating with stakeholders to understand scheduling and appointment management requirements.
· Configure and customize Epic Cadence workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Prelude Application Management:
· Oversee the Prelude application, focusing on patient registration, check-in, and eligibility verification.
· Analyze and optimize Prelude workflows to ensure accurate and streamlined patient information management.
3. Welcome Patient Kiosk Integration:
· Manage the integration and functionality of the Welcome Patient Kiosk module within the Epic ecosystem.
· Work closely with end-users and patients to enhance the self-service capabilities of the Welcome Patient Kiosk.
4. System Support and Troubleshooting:
· Provide day-to-day support for Epic Cadence, Resolute, and Welcome Patient Kiosk applications, addressing end-user issues and ensuring system stability.
· Acting as the primary support contact for the application's end‐users
· Identifying issues that arise in their application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and working to resolve them
· Guiding workflow design, building and testing the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with Epic software
· Identifying and implementing requested changes to the system
· Serving as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and Epic implementation staff
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Application Analyst
Experience with healthcare information systems in a clinical setting is a plus.
Required certifications: Cadence/ Prelude/ Welcome Patient Kiosks - 2 of these are ok.
Additional certifications: MyChart Patient Experience Platform & Hello World SMS
